Alicia Tenn, APRN

Michele Schreck, APRN

Michelle Schreck is a Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years’ experience with Pediatrics. She joined the practice in 2006 and works with Dr. Michele Winesett. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Jacksonville University and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining the practice she worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Pulmonology.

Shawn Sarnaik, PA

Shawn Sarnaik, PA

Shawn Sarnaik is a board certified Physician Assistant. She holds a Masters in Physician Assistant Sciences from University of New England. She has been a PA since 2005 and has been with Pediatric GI since 2006. Serving her patients is her passion and that is clear with each patient visit.

Andrea McCoy, APRN

Andrea McCoy, APRN

Andrea McCoy, APRN, CPNP-BC is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who has been with us since 2008. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) with highest honors from The University of Florida (Go Gators!). Prior to joining Pediatric GI, she worked on the pediatric floor of Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She works primarily at our St. Pete location at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital OCC with Dr. Daniel McClenathan and Dr. Michael Wilsey. She also works with Dr. Sara Karjoo and Dr. Kimberly Law-Sigety. Most recently, she is seeing patients in our Port Richey location with Dr. Gabriel Lugo on Wednesdays. She looks forward to seeing you in the clinic.

Alicia Tenn is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner with both a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she worked as a registered nurse in the pediatric cardiac intensive care unit at both Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. She has over 20 years experience in pediatrics. She has been with Pediatric GI since 2010 and currently works in our Safety Harbor location with Dr. Adria Condino.

Kristin Del Toro, APRN

Kristin Del Toro, APRN

Kristin Del Toro is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she worked as a registered nurse in Postpartum/Labor and Delivery/Newborn nursery at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, and on the Pediatric Float Team at St. Joseph’s Children’s hospital. She has 16 years experience in pediatrics. She is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She has been with Pediatric GI since 2012 and currently works in our Tampa office at St. Joseph’s Hospital with Dr. Beltroy.

Kelly Caseber, APRN

Kelly Caseber, APRN

Kelly Caseber, APRN, CPNP-BC has over 15 years of experience in pediatrics. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Florida Atlantic University in 2007 and her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Florida in 2017.

Her pediatric nursing career began in Fort Myers and then she joined the pediatric float team at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Tampa. During her clinical training, she discovered her passion for pediatric gastroenterology, where she now specializes.

Kelly Caseber is part of the team at the St. Petersburg location of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, working alongside Dr. Daniel McClenathan, Dr. Michael Wilsey, Dr. Sara Karjoo, and Dr. Kimberly Law-Sigety. Her dedication to providing compassionate, expert care makes her an integral part of the practice.

Kelly Pope, APRN

Kelly Pope is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She initially graduated from St Lawrence College in Ontario, Canada with a Diploma of Nursing in 1991. She later went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at South University in Tampa. Kelly has worked in multiple nursing fields however she has spent the majority of nursing career in pediatrics. She has been with Pediatric GI since 2019 and currently works in the Port Richey office with Dr Gabriel Lugo.

Shannon McClenathan, APRN

Shannon McClenathan is a nurse practitioner with a master’s degree in Family medicine from Chamberlain University. She has a bachelor’s in Nursing from Utica College and a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Arizona State University. She was an ICU RN at Tampa General Hospital for 4.5 years prior to joining our practice as an APRN in 2020.

Madison Baima is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a Master of Physician Assistant from Florida State University (Go Noles!) and a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences from Mississippi State University. She has been with Pediatric GI since the start of 2023 and currently works in our Sarasota location with Dr. Sara Karjoo. In her spare time, Madison likes to read, run, and volunteers with Guardian Ad Litem office of Florida.

Amanda Parker is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with both a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) with honors, from the University of South Florida in 2014, and a Master’s of Science in Pediatric Nursing (MSN) in 2019. Prior to becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Tampa General Hospital in the Labor & Delivery unit. Educating and providing compassionate care is a priority for Amanda. She has been with Pediatric GI since 2023, and currently works with Dr. Irizarry at our Brandon John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital OCC and Temple Terrace offices.

Samantha Hensley, APRN

As a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner with four years of experience in pediatric gastroenterology, Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Prior to specializing in gastroenterology, she spent seven years working in hematology/oncology as a nurse at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, honing her skills and deepening her passion for patient care. Her dedication to improving the health and well-being of children is evident in the compassionate and comprehensive care she provides to her young patients and their families. She is proud to serve as a trusted advocate and resource for those navigating the complex world of pediatric gastrointestinal health. Samantha currently works at our Sarasota location with Dr. Sara Karjoo and Dr. Albert Chan.

Amanda Smith, APRN

Amanda Smith, APRN

Amanda Smith, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, boasts a diverse background. Her academic credentials include a BA in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Development from Texas State University, a BSN from the University Of Nebraska Medical Center and an MSN from Frontier Nursing University.

Through her nursing journey as a CNA, LPN, and RN over the last 11 years, she has worked in children’s hospitals, pediatric home health, and various adult hospitals across multiple states, before starting her career here at Ped GI in 2023 as a Nurse Practitioner.

Amanda’s personal experience with Celiac disease as well as caring for her micro-preemie, born at 24 weeks, ignited her passion for Pediatric GI. With her unique blend of personal and professional experiences, Amanda brings empathy, expertise, and a holistic approach to her practice. She is committed to providing compassionate care to children and their families, helping them navigate the intricacies of gastrointestinal, hepatological, and nutritional concerns, and empowering them to achieve optimal health and well-being.

She works at our St. Pete location with Dr. McClenathan, Dr. Wilsey and Dr. Law two days a week as well as our Sarasota location with Dr. Karjoo and Dr. Chan two days a week.

Taylor Carrall, APRN

Taylor Carral, APRN

Taylor Carral is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with both a Bachelors of Science from the University of Florida and a Masters in Nursing from South College. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at Brandon Regional Hospital and Oak Hill Hospital. She has over 5 years of nursing experience. She has been with Pediatric GI since 2024 and currently works in our Safety Harbor location with Dr. Condino.Â
