Dr. Sarah Sidhu joins Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition of Florida
from the North East!

Dr. Sarah Sidhu completed her fellowship training in Pediatric Gastroenterology,
Hepatology and Nutrition at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Prior to
that, she lived in New York City where she completed her General Pediatric Residency
at New York Presbyterian - Weill Cornell Komansky Center for Children's Health. She
earned her Medical Doctorate from Georgetown University School of Medicine and her
Bachelors of the Arts in Anthropology from Georgetown University College or Arts and
Science in Washington, DC.

During her residency and fellowship, Dr. Sidhu focused her clinical experience and
research on the field of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. In 2018, she was awarded an NIH
T-32 Grant for her research on the role of new radiologic imaging studies in pediatric
Crohn's Disease. Dr. Sidhu was also involved in research on colonoscopic fecal
transplant for treatment of recurrent C. Difficile infection in pediatric patients.

In her free time, Dr. Sidhu enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking and exploring the
outdoors with her husband, son and yellow lab.

Dr. Sidhu's areas of expertise include Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and C. Difficile Infection.
